SIX PROBLEMS CREATING INFORMATION SYSTEMS

In my 30 year experience in programming, analysing and implementing systems lead me to the following conclutions:

1. Little knowledge from the top management or company owners of the scope or difficulties of the implementation of an integrated system in a company.

2. The lack of colaboration from the users for fear of loosing their job or for simple incapacity.

3. The lack of human resources in the system field to do analysis, design, programming and system implementation. This for poor capacity o few professionals.

4. Poor resources to buy hardware and software tools.

5. Time for development slow of difficult.

6. The fact of been able to solve all the above. Remember technology is revolutionary and humans are evolutionary.
